Is Your Child’s Anxiety Taking Over Your Family Life?

It’s heartbreaking to watch your child struggle with fear and worry when all you want is for them to feel safe and confident.

Is your child taking hours to settle at bedtime?
Do they cling to you, panic, or have intense reactions when things don’t feel “just right”?
Are you caught in a cycle of reassurance, avoidance, or conflict — and nothing seems to help?

You tiptoe around triggers, afraid the next thing might set off another spiral.
You’re exhausted from trying to be calm, strong, and endlessly patient… while feeling like you’re failing.

If any of this resonates with you — you’re in the right place.

Hi, I'm Jessica Miskiewicz, Parent Support Therapist

I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Canadian Certified Counsellor and Psychotherapist — and also a mother of two, so I understand firsthand how deeply we feel our children’s struggles.

I specialize in helping parents of anxious and OCD-affected children find relief and feel more confident by using evidence-based approaches

Together, we’ll shift how you respond to your child’s anxiety — so you can reduce household stress, support your child’s long-term emotional health, and feel more confident in your parenting.

Real change is possible — especially with a therapist who truly understands anxious children.
Book your free 15-minute consultation today and take the first step toward relief.

Yes! You’re welcome to attend sessions together, or one of you can take the lead, or both of you can do your own individual sessions. I understand that parents may differ in parenting styles, and it’s important to have a flexible approach that works best for your family. Whether you’re co-parenting or navigating different viewpoints, the goal is to support both of you in creating the best environment for your child.

My fee is $170 per 50-minute session (tax exempt).
