Anxiety, ADHD, addictions, depression, stress, Trauma and low self-esteem can often feel overwhelming and isolating. Individual counselling provides a supportive space to explore these challenges, develop coping strategies, and build resilience. Discover your strengths, overcome obstacles, and work toward living a more balanced, fulfilling life.

SUPPORT FOR DOPAMINE DYSREGULTION & FOCUS
If screens are taking more of your time and energy than you’d like, it may be affecting your focus, mood, and sense of direction. Together, we’ll address patterns of digital overuse, reduce compulsive habits, and rebuild sustainable attention skills so technology becomes a tool that supports your goals — not a source of burnout or distraction.

Recover emotionally and psychologically after a car accident with ICBC-covered therapy. Virtual, trauma-informed counselling for anxiety, PTSD, pain, and stress related to motor vehicle accidents. No referral needed—supporting your healing every step of the way.
