Uncover Your Potential on Life's Journey
Virtual Counselling for Anxiety, Addiction, and Burnout in Canada
Are Anxiety, Compulsive Habits, ADHD, or Burnout Affecting Daily Life?
When life feels overwhelming, it can become hard to keep up with daily responsibilities or feel like things are slipping out of control. Many people find themselves stuck in cycles of anxiety, burnout, overthinking, procrastination, or compulsive habits that begin to take up more time and energy than they want.
Therapy helps you step back from these patterns and change how you respond to them in real situations, so you can reduce stress, regain focus, and feel more steady in day-to-day life.

M.A. in Counselling Psychology
Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC)
Registered Psychotherapist (RP)
I provide online therapy across Canada for adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, burnout, stress, and compulsive habits. My approach is practical and focused on helping you change what is getting in the way of the life you want to live.
Sessions focus on breaking unhelpful cycles so you can respond differently in the moments they happen. This includes how you react to stress, how habits become reinforced, and what keeps you stuck in the same loops even when you want things to change.
The work is direct and grounded in everyday situations, centered on realistic changes that make it easier to stay consistent outside of therapy.
What happens next is simple: you book a complimentary 15-minute consultation, we meet online, and we briefly talk through what’s been going on and what you want to change.
