I’m a therapist, a parent, a health and wellness enthusiast, and someone who’s spent years immersed in the helping profession and psychological research, with published work in the field of mental health. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been fascinated by the human mind — how we think, feel, adapt and heal. That curiosity has never left me; it continues to fuel my work and nourish my soul. Even in my downtime, you’ll often find me tuning into podcasts on psychology or philosophy, always learning, always exploring. For me, being a therapist goes beyond a job or career; it’s a heartfelt passion and calling.
