Hi, I’m Jessica, a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Psychotherapist, dedicated to supporting adults as they heal, evolve, and thrive. I believe every life is a journey full of challenges, lessons, and opportunities to grow. I value freedom, authenticity, and integrity, and I bring these qualities into my work as a therapist to help my clients navigate their own personal journeys, explore their experiences, and discover ways to live more fully.
I specialize in helping adults manage ADHD, anxiety, addictions, people-pleasing tendencies, burnout and more.
I’m a therapist, a parent, a health and wellness enthusiast, and someone who’s spent years immersed in the helping profession, with published work in the field of mental health. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been fascinated by the human mind — how we think, feel, adapt and heal. That curiosity has never left me; it continues to fuel my work and nourish my soul. Even in my downtime, you’ll often find me tuning into podcasts on psychology or philosophy, always learning, always exploring. For me, being a therapist goes beyond a job or career; it’s a heartfelt passion and calling.

My approach to therapy is holistic. I work with the whole you : mind, body, and spirit. I blend evidence-based strategies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with Neuroscience to support your authentic self. I focus on helping you understand the patterns, habits, and emotions that keep you stuck. By bringing these into conscious awareness, you gain the clarity to make choices that move you forward with intention and confidence.
